Today is Day 13 of the Troops Home Fast. I am very pleased that we have been able to maintain a daily public presence in front of the courthouse from 10am to 7pm, and we have had at least one person fasting every day. Bart fasted for 5 days straight, and I have not broken my fast yet. It has been gratifying to meet strangers who want to participate by either pledging to fast, or by sitting at the Troops Home Fast table, gathering petition signatures, handing out information, and keeping our public presence going--but where are the Dems? It is going to take a lot more people to keep this thing going--please see if you can find time to sit at the table for a couple of hours or more. Participate in the Peace movement!
